It is a lifetime practice that never ends, a practice that requires effort, love and compassion.

At the age of 16 my mother took me to my first  yoga class; since then I have kept practicing. When I went to India in 2009 to visit a Sivananda Ashram in Kerala and in Tamil Nadu, I started my own journey in Yoga.

The Yoga Vidya training was primarily an investment in myself. Though by now I’m teaching – as a teacher and a student – class to students of all ages. It is a gift to be able to teach Yoga.
