Welcome 2018! No better way to start the new year with a rejuvenating detox day and restart your body and mind.

Cleanse and balance your body with Pranayama (breathing techniques), Asanas, meditation and healthy nutrition. Free your body and mind of tension with the practice of yoga and let everything calm down with a guided meditation. Reload the system with new energy and strengthen this with the healing power of the right food. Enrich your knowledge with handy nutrition tips and delicious Ayurvedic recipes. So allow your good intentions to become true and reserve this relaxing day for yourself!

  • 08.45 Welcome
  • 09.00 – 9.30 Detox Ritual / Kriyas
    Oil pulling | Neti | Nauli | Kaphalabathi
  • 09.30 – 11.00 Energetic Yoga class
    Asanas that will awaken the fire (Agni), strengthen the metabolism and let the energy flow.
  • 11.00 – 11.30 Nadi Sodhana & Healing Meditation
    Balance the energy with your breath and turn inwards, let body and mind calm down and feel the healing power of oneness.
  • 11.30 – 12.15 Cleansing lunch
    A light & wholesome soup to nourish and energetically recharge the body. The menu will be simple and made in an Ayurvedic way.
  • 12.15 – 13.30 Purify body & mind lecture
    Learn more on how to purify the mind and which activities & nutrition support this process. Filled with tips, recipes and how to apply this into your daily life.
  • 13.30 – 14.00 Closure
    Take your time to enjoy afterwards with a cup of detox tea and a healthy treat in our Samadhi lounge.

Extra

  • All participants will get a free ‘healthy goody bag’ with some special treats like tea, healing herbs and a weekprogram, so you can continue your detox easily for a whole week by yourself.


 

Docent

Parashakti is a Yoga teacher, studies Ayurveda, yoga scriptures and has experience with different detox techniques. For over 15 years she’s doing self research due to health problems herself. In India she did a traditional Ayurvedic Panchakarma and follows courses with Dr. Devendra Prasad Mishra. She has a big passion to share this knowledge and help others to make changes possible.

Tips how to get ready for your detox:

  • Avoid any intake of caffeine, sugar, dairy and alcohol to reduce the changes of getting headache and other detox symptoms.
  • Eat light and food that’s easy to digest like homemade soup, steamed vegetables, seasonal fruit and soaked nuts.
  • Go to bed early on Friday.
  • Start your Saturday with a glass of warm water with lemon and honey. This will activate the digestion and allows toxins te leave the body. Only drink warm water so the body is well hydrated.
  • It’s advised not to eat this morning.
